Privacy policy

• Your name and email address.
• Anything you choose to write in the notes or answer in the booking questions (for example a phone number, if the meeting is a phone call).
• The time you picked and the time zone your browser reported, so the meeting shows at the right time.
• A one-way, keyed hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse (too many bookings in a short time). The raw IP address is not stored.

This information is used only to schedule, confirm, reschedule or cancel your meeting and to prepare for it. The page does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Will connects his own calendars (such as Google Calendar) to this tool. That access is used for exactly two things:

• checking when he is busy, so only free times are offered; and
• creating, updating or removing the calendar event for a meeting you book, reschedule or cancel — which may send you a calendar invitation.

Availability is worked out from busy/free information only. The details of other calendar events are never shown to visitors, and only busy time ranges are kept, briefly, as a cache.

Your information is not sold, rented or shared for marketing. It is shared only with the calendar provider used to create the meeting (for example Google or Microsoft), and with the hosting and database providers that run this site, solely to operate it.

This tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the scheduling features described above, is not used for advertising, is not sold, is not used to train AI or machine-learning models, and is not read by people except where needed for security, to comply with law, or with the account owner's permission.

Booking details are kept for as long as they are useful for scheduling and record keeping. Calendar connection credentials are stored encrypted and are deleted when a calendar is disconnected. You can cancel a booking at any time from the link on your confirmation page.
